Heard is a voice-first and personalized way to shop online. Say what you’re looking for in your own words, and Heard searches thousands of stores and recommends products. Narrow down your search out loud, or say what you like. Shop directly on the store’s own site.

An experiment. Heard started from a hunch that shopping is conversational and personal. You describe what you're looking for, our dedicated agent may ask a question or two, and every answer gets you closer.

How it works. Your voice is understood by OpenAI’s voice models. Behind them, a mix of models interprets what you asked for, retrieves products from all Shopify-supported stores, and ranks them. Heard is not the seller and takes no payment: prices, shipping, and returns are the store’s own, so check the details on its page before you buy.

Who made it. Heard was built by an independent developer in San Francisco. It is not tied to any corporation, marketplace, or store. Heard is free to use and currently doesn't take any commission on purchases.
